Interplay is an American video game publisher based in California. It was founded by Brian Fargo in 1983, and it is responsible for developing and publishing popular video game series such as Earthworm Jim and Fallout.

In the 1990s, Interplay received a license from Nintendo to develop two Super Mario-themed computer games teaching users how to type: Mario Teaches Typing and Mario Teaches Typing 2. Interplay also published Mario's Game Gallery.
