Don Diego's Hacienda is an estate appearing in the Saturday Supercade episode "El Donkey Kong."
In the hacienda, Don Diego is desperate to participate in an upcoming bullfighting competition to win enough prize money to pay for his daughter's surgery. After losing his balance during a practice fight, he admits he no longer has the skill to be a matador. However, after Donkey Kong jumps into his hacienda, grabs his cape, and twirls the bull to tie up its limbs with the cape, the Kong offers to participate for him.
