This spring is supposedly effective against crumples and wrinkles. The Spring of Sanctuary is a location in Paper Mario: The Origami King. It is one of five hot springs offered at Shangri-Spa. It is south of the plaza. This spring is supposedly effective against crumples and wrinkles. This spring must be visited along with the other four to restore Mario's HP and help Bowser Jr. fix himself up.
