Spin the Bubble is a General minigame from Mario Party: Island Tour. The name is a pun on the romantic party game "Spin the Bottle".
Introduction[edit]
A Mario enemy is seen inside a bubble, and it is shown matching the touch screen. After the match is made, the enemy comes out of the bubble, and goes to the Touch Screen. The box closes, and another one comes into the screen. The minigame begins.
Gameplay[edit]
The player must turn the system to match the silhouette shown at the bottom of the Touch Screen. If done so, the enemy inside the capsule goes into the box, and another one comes into play. After every round, players are given nine, six, three or zero points, according to their placing. The player who has the most points after three rounds wins.
Controls[edit]
- – Turn capsule
In-game text[edit]
- Rules – American English "Rotate the figure in the bubble until it matches the image in the box. If the gameplay becomes unstable, place the system on a flat surface to recalibrate. You can also press down on to reset the sensor position to neutral."

Note: Press down on to recalibrate the gyro sensor. If the in-game movements appear to be stilted, place the system somewhere stable and keep it still for a short time."
