Type Showdown minigame

Rosalina's Radical Race is a Showdown minigame in Super Mario Party Jamboree. It is centered around Rosalina, and has four players racing down a mountain on snowboards.

Introduction

Rosalina flies down to the snowy course and smiles at the camera. She then flies off as the four players follow her on their snowboards.

Gameplay

This minigame has four players racing against each other on snowboards.

The first half of the course takes place on a snowy mountain. Several boost pads and jump ramps are scattered throughout the course that grant the players a short speed boost.

The second half of the course has Rosalina forming a variation of Rainbow Road, which eventually leads the players to the finish line.

In Party Mode, the player who encountered Rosalina on the board first to trigger the minigame will receive a boosting item at the start as an advantage.

The player who reaches the finish line first wins the minigame and receives Rosalina as a Jamboree Buddy.

Trivia

  • This is the only Showdown minigame to require motion-controls.
