Eye Exam is a microgame in 9-Volt & 18-Volt's mode in Game & Wario, Gamer. A standalone version of it appears as a Cluck-A-Pop souvenir, titled BALLOON FIGHTER: Eye Exam.

Gameplay[edit]

The player is shown four circles, each one with a groove pointing at a different cardinal direction. The eye doctor will point at a circle, and the player must indicate the direction its groove is pointing to by pressing the corresponding key on the +Control Pad. Each stage requires the player to answer twice to win.

  • 1st level difficulty: There are no distractions.
  • 2nd level difficulty: One person walks across the screen, obscuring the player's view. Sometimes, the player will be requested to press A Button rather than the +Control Pad.
  • 3rd level difficulty: Similar to the second level, but two people pass by.
