The special item is something left over from the [[X-Naut]] lab technicians that [[Princess Peach]] used, with three other potions ([[Blue Potion]], [[Red Potion]] and [[Orange Potion]]) under [[TEC-XX]]'s advice to make herself invisible to sneak into [[Sir Grodus]]'s room to steal a data disk for info that TEC-XX required. After Peach turned invisible, the Green Potion could also return the princess to her normal state.

The Green Potion is a special item in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It is found within a lab in the X-Naut Fortress. It is used in conjunction with the Blue Potion, Red Potion, and Yellow Potion to create a potion to turn Princess Peach invisible, allowing her to sneak into Grodus's room and steal the Data Disk for information that TEC-XX requires. After Peach turns invisible, the Green Potion can be used to return Peach to normal.
