The Thousand-Year Door description | A Zess T. salad. Replenishes 15 FP and cures poisoning. |
Super Paper Mario description | Good! And good for you! Fills 15 HP and cures poison. |
A Healthy Salad is an item found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. The item can be created by cooking a Turtley Leaf with a Horsetail. Healthy Salads recover fifteen FP and cure Poison and other status ailments as well. This item can be sold anywhere for 5 coins (10 coins in the Japanese version).
In Super Paper Mario, Saffron can cook a Healthy Salad from a Fresh Veggie. Using it restores fifteen HP and cures Poison. It has an updated sprite in this game, but another item, the Veggie Set, uses the Healthy Salad's original sprite from The Thousand-Year Door.
