Windbag is the boss microgame in 9-Volt & 18-Volt's mode in Game & Wario, Gamer. A standalone version of it appears as a Cluck-A-Pop souvenir, titled BALLOON FIGHTER: Windbag.
Gameplay[edit]
The player controls a caped character holding a giant cork, and their objective is to seal a giant's mouth with it. To do so, the player must walk across the giant's hand all the way to his face, while he blows against them and obstacles try to take them down, making the player lose if they touch them. In later levels, the giant may stop blowing air to inhale, which makes the player walk more quickly, but may throw them off and trick them into walking into an obstacle if they are not careful.
- 1st level difficulty: The obstacles are spiked balls and Baby Faces falling from the sky, the latter falling more quickly and suddenly and only replacing the player's head. The giant does not inhale. If the player loses, they fall through a shoji door and it closes.
- 2nd level difficulty: The obstacles are fish that jump over the hand to catch worms above the player's head. The giant sometimes inhales. If the player loses, they fall into a soup bowl.
- 3rd level difficulty: Levels 1 and 2 combined, but the giant's hand is inclined downwards, and he inhales more often. If the player loses, they fall into a frog's mouth and it eats them.
Trivia[edit]
- The giant in this microgame also appears in the WarioWare Gold version of Thar He Blows.
