(I've finally taken the time to do it. I'm almost positive about the slowing-down property of this mushroom, but I could not confirm it. I may have seen it in a video, but I don't remember which one. Videos on YouTube featuring this item are quite rare. If you can confirm this, I'll be thankful.)

The Kinoko Gummy is a Special Item exclusive to Blue Toad in Mario Kart Arcade GP DX. It is a large, red, Mushroom-shaped gummy with slightly lighter red spots. This item can be placed behind the racer on the track (not unlike a Giant Gummy), and causes racers who hit it to be bounced off of it.
