Checkpoint sprite

Checkpoints[1] appear in Yoshi Topsy-Turvy as rings made out of big and small yellow stars that slowly rotate. When Yoshi touches a checkpoint, it disappears into an explosion of confetti and sparkles and warps him to the next area of the mission. Checkpoints appear in every area of each mission except for the last area, where the goal replaces a checkpoint. A large number of checkpoints may appear at the bottom of certain stages.
