====Trophy====
In ''Super Smash Bros. for Wii U'', Kamek's trophy states that when he appears in the Mushroom Kingdom U stage, he might tease the player(s) by not casting any magic at all. This is not true, as every time he appears, he will cast the spell that activates the stage transition. Additionally, his trophy also states that he appeared in ''Super Mario World''. While the Magikoopa species did first appear in the game, Kamek didn't make his appearance until ''Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island''.

Super Mario Galaxy trading card[edit]

KamekTradingCard.png

Bowser's evil minion, Kamek, is a powerful wizard who will do anything to please his master. After Bowser hoisted Peach's entire castle out of the ground in a massive laser attack, Mario clung on to the castle walls trying to save her. Kamek saw this and cast a spell on Mario that sent him floating out into the universe.

Yoshi's Crafted World[edit]

  • North American website bio (shared with Baby Bowser): "These two trouble-makers want the Sundream Stone, and they’ll do anything to find the hidden gems."

Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U[edit]

In Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, Kamek's trophy states that when he appears in the Mushroom Kingdom U stage, he might tease the player(s) by not casting any magic at all. This is not true, as every time he appears, he will cast the spell that activates the stage transition. Additionally, his trophy also states that he appeared in Super Mario World. While the Magikoopa species did first appear in the game, Kamek didn't make his appearance until Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island.

(Nintendo 3DS) Kamek is a magic-wielding, robed figure usually seen riding on a broomstick in the Mario series. He teleports around the stage, looking for fighters. When he finds one, he'll cast spells at them. If he hits you with one, your stats will drop. That's no good, since you'll need some power to deal with Kamek's high stamina!
(Wii U) This magical menace is one of Bowser's henchmen and shows his face in plenty of titles, even outside of the Mario series. In the Mushroom Kingdom U stage, he swoops onto the screen every so often to transform the stage with his magic. Now and then, though, he'll tease you by not casting any magic at all. He's a sly one, that Kamek.

Did I lock my front door this morning? GAH! NO! Curse you, Mario! With my last ounce of power, I'll trap you in this forest...forever! I'm going to make you so big, you'll never fit in a pipe again, plumber boy! Eheeheehee!" ~ "Oh... I guess I only had enough power left to turn you back to normal size. Shoot..."

  • Dr. Mario World Twitter: Red: "The second new doctor arriving on Dec. 11, 11:00 PM PT is Dr. Kamek! Wait, a doctor that can use magic? Is that what he uses to treat patients?"[6]
