The Thousand-Year Door description | Hard food made by Zess T. Throw it to attack an enemy. |
A Courage Meal is one of Zess T.'s recipes in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It is made from a Courage Shell and a Zess Deluxe, Zess Dinner or Zess Special. The dish looks like the dinner portion made hard as rock, and put into the Courage Shell. If used in battle, Mario or his ally throws it at an enemy, dealing 4 HP worth of damage.
Outside of recipes made with the Point Swap, the Courage Meal is one of the few recipes to debut in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door that does not have a Super Paper Mario equivalent, the others being the Icicle Pop and Coconut Bomb.
