Pea Frogs are frog-like enemies in Donkey Kong Jungle Beat. They are found in the Banana Kingdom's Jungle Deeps and the Pear Kingdom's Clock Tower, where they constantly hop around in both levels. They can also harm Donkey Kong if he makes contact with them, causing him to lose a beat (or a heart in the New Play Control! release).

Donkey Kong can immobilize a Pea Frog by using his Sound Wave Attack and use it repeatedly to inflate the Pea Frog. If Donkey Kong does not repeat the move, the Pea Frog eventually returns to its original form. Donkey Kong can either defeat a Pea Frog with a Ground Pound or by stunning it three times. Donkey Kong receives three beats from defeating a Pea Frog.
