It replenishes five HP when eaten, but is more useful as an ingredient for some of Zess T.'s more exotic dishes, such as Mango Delight and Fruit Parfait. Chef Shimi will ask for a Keel Mango, among other ingredients, in the Trouble Center mission "Get these ingredients!".
