Layout

The players start at an area where two Snootles and a sleeping Goomba are. They can observe a Snootle pushing the Goomba, waking it up. The path to the first Checkpoint Flag consists of uneven ground where more Snootles and sleeping Goombas are. In the middle of the path is a pipe that spawns Snootles. There will then be triangle trampolines that are stationary and have different different angles. The first Checkpoint Flag is found after the first three triangle trampolines.

Past the first Checkpoint Flag there is no more solid ground, but instead semisolid platforms above pits with four triangle trampolines throughout. Two Red Koopa Paratroopas float up and down between them. A semisolid platform is between the second and third trampolines, and is also where a Talking Flower is. The second Checkpoint Flag is found past the four triangle trampolines.

Beyond the second Checkpoint Flag are slanted ramps above more gaps, with sleeping Goombas and Snootles present. There is solid ground at the end of the sections with the ramps, where two Red Koopa Paratroopas and a Red Koopa Troopa are. Above the Koopa Troopa are two Brick Blocks with a space between them. This space has an invisible block that releases the Wonder Flower when struck. After obtaining the Wonder Flower, the Wonder Effect begins, which causes time to slow down. This Wonder Effect also has a time limit of one hundred and fifty seconds. The path ahead has multiple levels of semisolid platforms with lots of Snootles and some sleeping Goombas along the way. There is also a Roulette Block that cycles through a coin, flower coin, Super Mushroom, Elephant Fruit and 1-Up Mushroom. After making it past more Snootles, the players will come across solid ground with slanted ramps above, where more Snootles are. The Wonder Seed is found above the second ramp, and collecting it will end the Wonder Effect and return time to normal speed. The Goal Pole is found right after the Wonder Seed, where two sleeping Goombas and two Snootles guard. A semisolid platform above the ground can be used to reach the top of the Goal Pole.

Hidden Character Blocks

10-flower coins

  • 10-flower coin 1: Found in a secret area that can only be reached to via a pipe not far into the course. This secret area has two Snootles and a Deka Korobū. The coin is found at the right of the room.
  • 10-flower coin 2: Found past the first Checkpoint Flag in between two triangle trampolines past a nearby Talking Flower.
  • 10-flower coin 3: Found past the second Checkpoint Flag and right before the Wonder Seed. A Wow Bud must be activated to cause the 10-flower coin, as well as pieces of flower coins to "jump" out from a pit onto a semisolid platform.

Enemies

    • "Uh, what IS a 1-Up anyway?"

  • "Ha-HA!" (not far after the previous flower)
    • "Well then." (if the players fall into a pit)
