It can be found inside Flurrie's House in Boggly Woods, inside a chest in her bedroom (which can be accessed after returning her Necklace), bought from the Lovely Howz of Badges after Chapter 5 for fifty coins, or rarely stolen from Lakitus, Dark Lakitus, Magikoopas, Boos, and Dark Boos. If Mario equips the badge, the appeal ability of his partner is upgraded, boosting the amount of SP that is gained by nearly double the original amount. It does not have an affect on SP gained from other means, such as Stylish moves. A variant called Super Appeal affects solely Mario.
