Layout

The players start at an area where two Long ? Blocks are, one higher than the other. The one on the left has Super Mushrooms for the players, while the one on the right has coins. After a small amount of progress, there will be a gap where pipes act as obstacles. If the players stand on a long pipe on the left of the gap, that pipe, as well as another long pipe on the right of the gap will retract, allowing for an easier jump. The first Checkpoint Flag is found on the right of this gap. Past the first Checkpoint Flag is a gap similar to the previous one. The second Checkpoint Flag is found past this gap.

Beyond the second Checkpoint Flag is another gap with two long pipes to the left and right of it. If the players stand on the left pipe it will sink, while the other pipe rises. The third Checkpoint Flag is found after this gap. The area after the third Checkpoint Flag is one more gap, this time with optional higher ground. The Goal Pole is past this final gap, where the players can use the high ground to reach the top of it.

10-flower coins

  • 10-flower coin 1: Found above the pit between the first and second Checkpoint Flags. The coin will appear if the players stand on a pipe on the left side of the gap.
  • 10-flower coin 2: Found before the third Checkpoint Flag. The 10-flower coin is part of a ring of coins, and the ring will spin quickly clockwise if the players stand on a pipe on the left side of the gap before it, and will stop if they get off.
  • 10-flower coin 3: Found past the third Checkpoint Flag. The coin will appear between airborne pipes if the players stand on a pipe on the left of the gap before it.

Talking Flower quotes

  • "Go for it!" (start of course)
    • "You can do this!"
  • "All right! This way!" (before the first Checkpoint Flag)
  • "Last jump!" (before the Goal Pole)
