Chain Saw is a Duel minigame found in Mario Party Advance. The name of the minigame is a pun on "chainsaw," a portable electric or gas-powered saw used primarily for chopping trees.

If one of the players saws the chain too fast, they are forced to stop and rest; players can see how fast they are sawing by the number of sweat drops that appear behind their characters' heads. The player that saws through the chain first causes the Thwomp to fall onto their opponent, winning the minigame.
