The Fresh Veggie is a stalk of lettuce found in Super Paper Mario. If used, it can restore ten HP and cure Poison status. It can be bought at Itty Bits near the Dotwood Tree, or occasionally be obtained after defeating an enemy, such as Putrid Piranhas.
