A '''Koopa Troopa Car''' is a vehicle that appears only in ''[[Super Mario Maker 2]]''. The car allows the player to drive on their created courses. It is exclusive to the ''[[Super Mario 3D World]]'' style. A [[Beach Koopa]] initially occupies it and attempts to drive it into the playable character. The player can take control of the car by defeating the Beach Koopa and [[jump]]ing inside the car. When the player starts up the car, it takes a brief period of time to start moving. While driving it, the player can travel quickly and run over almost any enemy in its path. The car is destroyed after the player crashes it into certain objects three times; each time the player does so, the visual quality of it deteriorates. A Koopa Troopa Car is a vehicle that appears only in Super Mario Maker 2. The car allows the player to drive on their created courses. It is exclusive to the Super Mario 3D World style. A Beach Koopa initially occupies it and attempts to drive it into the playable character. The player can take control of the car by defeating the Beach Koopa and jumping inside the car. When the player starts up the car, it takes a brief period of time to start moving. While driving it, the player can travel quickly and run over almost any enemy in its path. The car is destroyed after the player crashes it into certain objects three times; each time the player does so, the visual quality of it deteriorates. The player can also honk the horn by pressing 
while driving, though doing so does not affect gameplay.
In multiplayer, a player can ground-pound another player who is in a Koopa Troopa Car to knock them out of it and gain control over it for themselves.
