It's worth noting that when you give Saffron the Mystery Box required to make it, there is a very faint chance that it will come out as desired and not a "mistake". Infact it's less than 10%! This must have been done to prevent clever players from unfairly hoarding up Ex.points in order to get very powerful. This would be easy to do as Mystery boxes are among the cheapest items in the entire game. The item is apply named. The outcome of a Miracle Dinner really is something of a miracle, but you must posess a great amount of luck. Why not save your game at a save block, head down to Saffron and give her the Mystery Box and pray that the outcome is a Miracle Dinner.
