Drop Shot is a 1-vs.-3 minigame appearing in Super Mario Party. The name is based on a tennis term that refers to a tennis ball hit softly so it drops abruptly to the ground.
Introduction
A bomb moves along a conveyor belt. A Spike then picks it up, and more bombs follow. The minigame then begins.
Gameplay
A Spike periodically gives the solo player bombs, which they must racket towards the team players moving around on a fence to eliminate them within 30 seconds. If the solo player eliminates all three team players before time runs out, the solo player wins; otherwise, the team players win.
On the Challenge Road, this is the tenth challenge of Chestnut Forest and the 20th challenge overall. In the normal challenge, the player is a member of the three-player team and must not get hit, while in the Master Challenge, the player is a solo player and must beat the rivals.
