- “Feeling lucky? Step right through the door to win some items!”
- —Toad, New Super Mario Bros. Wii
Power-up Panels is a minigame that is played in Red Toad Houses in New Super Mario Bros. Wii. It takes place in a room with a six-by-three grid of Flip Panels decorated with question marks. The backside of each has an image of a power-up, a Bowser emblem, or a Bowser Jr. emblem. Players must take turns climbing around the fence and punching the panels, causing them to flip and reveal their backsides. It is possible to steal another player's turn by ground-pounding on them during their turn. If two Bowser emblems or two Bowser Jr. emblems are matched, the minigame ends. If all item panels are revealed, the minigame ends and the characters rejoice. At the end of the minigame, players receive one item for every pair of identical panels with revealed faces. Up to seven items can be received in a game.

Trivia
- When the player flips a Bowser or Bowser Jr. panel, the background music raises by a whole step and speeds up a bit. When the player flips another of either panel that does not match the other, the music raises by another whole step and speeds up a bit more. When the player matches two Bowser or Bowser Jr. panels, the small tune from Super Mario 64 when the player tries to open a door in the Mushroom Castle without enough Power Stars or a key is heard.
- If the player gets a perfect score, the fanfare when the player returns to the castle after obtaining a Power Star also from Super Mario 64 is heard.
- This minigame is similar to the N-Mark Spade Panel from Super Mario Bros. 3.
