Reviving this discussion again, I think this template should get deleted. I recently removed it on a template about a subject which is different, and we have Upcoming games AND Cancelled games as a category. It's redundant at best. {{User:Baby Luigi/sig}} 20:53, 9 May 2014 (EDT) | |||

::Based on the summary text, my guess is that the idea of this category is that you'd put it on the article of a subject (character/item/etc.) ''from'' the upcoming game, so it's not exactly a duplicate of the "cat:Upcoming games" category you'd put on the actual game page. Plain "cat:Upcoming" seems to be for upcoming non-game media (books, etc.) pages, but it could potentially fill the "upcoming subjects" niche this one theoretically holds... - {{User:Walkazo/sig}} 22:03, 9 May 2014 (EDT) | |||

Reviving this discussion. So we have a category on Upcoming Games, we have a category on Canceled Games. Can we get rid of this redundant article as well?Marioguy1 (talk)
Delete this redundant category[edit]
Reviving this discussion again, I think this template should get deleted. I recently removed it on a template about a subject which is different, and we have Upcoming games AND Cancelled games as a category. It's redundant at best. Ray Trace(T|C) 20:53, 9 May 2014 (EDT)
