'''World A-3''' is the third level of [[World A]] in ''[[Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels]]'' and the seventh secret level overall in said game, taking place in the sky. The level uses the exact same unique, cloud platforms seen in the end section of World 8-2 and the entirety of World 8-3, replacing the Mushroom Platforms from the original. In the ''All Night Nippon Super Mario Bros.'' version, the cloud platforms are replaced with Mushroom Platforms, but with segmented stalks similar to the art style used for the backgrounds in ''The Lost Levels'', confirming this.

Map of World A-3

This level has several long cloud platforms, a few scattered smaller platforms, Coins on several of the platforms, and Koopa Paratroopas positioned between some of them. In the first half of the level, wind will be blowing from the left, and Cheep Cheeps will jump up from below throughout the level. Above the second small platform, after the Blooper, is a Hidden Block with a power-up. Just before the Goal Pole is a Springboard that can help the player over the Goal Pole and reach a Warp Zone leading to World C.
