This level is volcano-themed, and has many pits of [[lava]] with slow-moving platforms to get across them. Many [[boulder]]s are also here that crush [[Wario]] beneath them, but do not cause him damage. It is the first level to introduce [[Volcannon]]s as enemies and have a [[Pitchfork]] as the golden enemy. When Wario first approaches the volcano, he encounters the slow-moving platforms and Volcannons. He then enters the volcano, where the boulders can be found. When Wario frees the [[Merfle Barrel|caged]] [[Merfle]] and begins his escape, he will have to outrun a boulder, and another hidden large boulder waiting for him will lead him towards more [[coin]]s.

Wario then needs to Earthshake Punch and stay ahead of the boulder until he reaches a rope. He must swing on it and wait for the rock to pass, then pound an Earthshake Punch to reveal the map.
