Windmill Meadows is the first race of the Luigi Cup in Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit. This course appears to be set in a meadow with Moo Moos and Windmills. This race reuses the music from Mario Kart 8's rendition of Template:Classic-link for its theme, which was previously used in Piped Wetlands. The course's icon depicts Luigi on the Standard Kart and a walking Moo Moo. The background for the icon also contains some windmills, trees and more Moo Moos.
