|align=left|This stage introduces barrels, which require up to two hits to destroy. Destroying barrels the first time will reveal its contents, and destroying it the second time will cause the contents to be active or able to be matched. The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In addition to barrels, half-frozen viruses are found surrounded by barrels, each line containing a gap. All barrels contain viruses.
|align=left|Starting with 31 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (19).

In this stage, there are ice fans and bubble machines, along with a few viruses inside bubbles blocked by Brick Blocks.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all virus coins. This stage is shaped like a four-leaf clover in the form of crates, where the barrels are in the middle that contain viruses in the undamaged barrels and an exploder in the partially-damaged one. The dusts in this stage cover exploders. Four Floatie Viruses are found on the outside of the border of crates, along with two more diagonally above the bottom Floatie Virus. The virus coins are found in the four corners and the middle within the border.
|align=left|Starting with 36 capsules, the objective of this stage is to collect all virus coins (16).

In this stage, the middle columns contain viruses (each with a virus coin behind) in a checkered pattern among crates and flasks, while the left and right columns contain floatie viruses surrounded by Brick Blocks, with three virus coins (3x3) on each side. The filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either exploders or crates.

|align=left|The last stage of the first area and starting with 45 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (72) and collect all keys (12).

On the rows above the initial seven rows of this stage, additional viruses are found in the leftmost and rightmost columns, three of them being Floatie Viruses of different colors. More viruses are found between Brick Blocks found on the second and eighth rows, along with purple coins found in barrels in between those rows. At the top of the stage, four Brick Blocks are found with a caged purple coin between them. The purple coins in the undamaged barrels require other purple coins to be collected, while the single one in the top requires the other purple coins to be collected. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 8 lines are introduced.
In this stage, a path of frozen viruses is found among undamaged barrels containing viruses, keys and doors. The first set of six keys are in the bottom-most row of barrels, and the second set of six keys are in the barrels revealed after the stage scrolled up once, with their doors inside barrels three rows above them. In the bottom-right barrel, there is a shell. Another shell is in the rightmost barrel in the top row after the stage scrolled once, along with an exploder (also inside an undamaged barrel) next to it.

This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 7 lines are introduced.

When cleared, the rest of the first area in the world map gets cleared of viruses. Players also obtain the Stingby assistant upon completing this stage.

Prior to March 18, 2021, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:
*In the beginning of the stage, the stage is pushed up 3 rows, revealing only 6 row initially.
*In the fourth-revealed row, a colorful crate and two viruses are added in the sixth to eighth spaces.
*Viruses are added within the first two Brick Blocks in the sixth-revealed row and the eighth-revealed row.
*The row of Empty Blocks are removed from the topmost row, which together with the aforementioned shifting of 3 rows, rendered the stage with 12 rows to scroll through instead of 10.
