This stage introduces [[ice fan]]s. Making a match next to an ice fan will cause it to activate, and making another match while the ice fan is activated will cover a random virus or certain objects in one layer of [[ice]]. If the object is already covered in two layers of ice (represented by an ice cube), it will not be targeted. In this stage, viruses are grouped into four rings separated by [[Brick Block]]s along with some ice fans in the middle column. | |||

World 7 is an amusement park world in Dr. Mario World. The first area is available as of 2 AM PT on Sep. 5, 2019[1], while the second area, challenge stages and special stage are available as of 2 AM PT on Sep. 19, 2019[2].
When an area is cleared, Toads, Shy Guys, Fly Guys, and Koopa Troopas appear. The viruses featured in the regular stages are red, yellow and blue.
Area 1[edit]
Image | Stage | Best Doctors | Overview |
---|---|---|---|
Stage 241 | Dr. Toadette |
Starting with 38 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (32).
This stage introduces ice fans. Making a match next to an ice fan will cause it to activate, and making another match while the ice fan is activated will cover a random virus or certain objects in one layer of ice. If the object is already covered in two layers of ice (represented by an ice cube), it will not be targeted. In this stage, viruses are grouped into four rings separated by Brick Blocks along with some ice fans in the middle column. The capsule amount is increased from 35 to 38 since version 2.0.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same. | |
Stage 242 | Dr. Luma |
Starting with 38 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (41).
This stage is shaped like an arrow pointing up. In the middle of the stage are two ice fans and a lock block in between. The other parts of this stage is occupied by bubbles containing viruses and caged viruses, with pop cannons in columns #4 and #6. Prior to March 18, 2021, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:
| |
Stage 243 | Dr. Fire Rosalina |
Starting with 33 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (20).
In this stage, there are four groups of crates where four groups of half-frozen viruses are hugging two of the groups of crates. In the center of each group of viruses is an exploder. The capsule amount is increased from 29 to 33 since version 2.0.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same. | |
Stage 244
(Hard) |
Dr. Roy |
Starting with 35 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (14) and collect all purple coins (11).
In this stage, there are two columns of purple coins and in between are viruses hugging Empty Blocks and Brick Blocks. On the row above the columns of purple coins are five viruses in between crates, and in the row above them is a half-frozen coin between crates. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:

Stage 245 | Dr. Waluigi |
Starting with 43 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (56).
In this stage, there are four groups of crates surrounded by dust viruses in the top half and clouded viruses in the bottom half. Ice fans are located at the leftmost and rightmost columns between the dust viruses and clouded viruses. In between the groups are an exploder and viruses. The capsule amount is increased from 39 to 43 since version 1.3.5. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same. | |
Stage 246 | Dr. Baby Luigi |
Starting with 41 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (23).
In this stage, two rows of bubbles containing viruses are between a layer of fully-frozen Brick Blocks and a row of Brick Blocks. Between the fully-frozen Brick Blocks are viruses and hidden viruses inside Brick Blocks. Above the row of Brick Blocks are crates with exploders below them, except for the one in the center. Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:
| |
Stage 247 | Dr. Toad |
Starting with 38 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (40).
In this stage, the two leftmost columns and the two rightmost columns have red-caged viruses, while blue cages are located in the third, middle and seventh columns with one of them holding a red lock block. Below the columns with blue cages are half-frozen viruses. Ice fans directly above crates are placed near the blue cages. The middle column also has a blue lock block directly above a fully-frozen Brick Block. The Brick Blocks in the first row have hidden viruses. Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

Stage 248 | Dr. Fire Rosalina |
Starting with 34 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (35) and collect all purple coins (16).
In this stage, there are three right-angle lines of Brick Blocks with half-frozen viruses in between except for one which is a half-frozen pop cannon, and they are all between purple coins. Among the Brick Blocks, the innermost Brick Blocks all have hidden viruses, the outmost Brick Blocks all have hidden viruses except for the one in row #7, while for the middle, the hidden viruses are in the first two and last two Brick Blocks in the fourth row and one in the sixth row. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:

Stage 249 | Dr. King Boo |
Starting with 44 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (39).
This stage is shaped like a tilted "L" that will be shaped like a "7" after all the bubbles containing viruses reached the top. The bubbles at the bottom are blocked by crates that each requires four hits to break. | |
Stage 250 | Dr. Roy |
Starting with 37 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (29).
In this stage, a column of viruses with a shell is in between six columns of bubbles containing viruses, three on each side. Above the columns of bubbles are crates and below them are ice fans. The leftmost and rightmost columns have more crates, and the topmost row has exploders. Prior to version 1.2.0, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

Stage 251 | Dr. Yoshi |
Starting with 36 capsules, the objective of this stage is to collect all virus coins (4).
In this stage, there are four virus coins (4x4) blocked by a mixture of Brick Blocks containing hidden viruses, caged viruses and purple coins (most of them caged). A lock block is in the middle surrounded by purple coins. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:
The capsule amount is increased from 29 to 33 since version 1.3.5. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same. The capsule amount is increased from 33 to 36 since version 2.1.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same. | |

In this stage, the viruses are separated into segments with crates. The bottom-left and bottom-right sides have bubbles with viruses, the two sections at the bottom-center have dust viruses, the middle-left and middle-right sides have a normal virus each, and the top-center has normal viruses, floatie viruses and two shells. | |
Stage 253
(Hard) |
Dr. Peach |
Starting with 37 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (26), break all Brick Blocks (32) and collect all purple coins (13).
This stage is shaped like a narrow doorway. Viruses are lined up at the ninth row and the fourth and sixth columns, while the coins are placed at the bottom-left, bottom-right and top portions. Brick Blocks are placed in the remaining places within, save for the corners at the top. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:

Starting with 39 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (17).
In this stage, the viruses are confined to the top four rows blocked off by crates and Empty Blocks. An exploder is the middle of six viruses, and all the Brick Blocks contain hidden viruses. The capsule amount is increased from 35 to 39 since version 2.0.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same. Prior to version 2.1.0, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:
