- Not to be confused with Oyster.
Clams[1][2], also called oysters[3], are enemies from Yoshi's Story. They act much like underwater Warp Pipes from Super Mario Bros. 3 by blowing air upwards, though Clams actually stop after a certain amount of time. Clams are usually found around sea cacti. They are rare, and even then they only appear in Stage 5-2: Lots O'Fish.
Profiles and statistics
- Shogakukan guide: 「またの名は "とおさんかい"。口を開くとアワがポコポコ。」 ("Also known as "impassible shellfish." When they open their mouths, they blow bubbles.")[4]
