World 19 (Dr. Mario World)

World 19 is a sunken ship world in Dr. Mario World. The first area is available as of 11 PM PT on Aug. 26, 2020, while the second area, challenge stages and special stage are available as of 11 PM PT on Sep. 9, 2020.

When an area is cleared, Dry Bones and Fish Bones appear. The viruses featured in the regular stages are red, yellow and light-blue.

Area 1

	Stage 721	Dr. Donkey Kong Dr. Roy	This stage introduces jars, which will fill each time a capsule landed without making a match. It takes five capsules for the jar to fully fill, after which it will shoot out the labelled object at random spots. The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and destroy all crates. In this stage, a jar containing exploders is in the centre, and surrounding it are crates in a checkered pattern where viruses fill the gaps in the top two rows and exploders fill the gaps in the others.
	Stage 722	Dr. Mario Dr. Dolphin	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all coins from Coin Blocks. In this stage, there are three rows of Brick Blocks in the second, fifth and eighth rows where the first three and last two are Coin Blocks in the first and third of these and first two and last three are Coin Blocks in the second. Above the rows of Brick Blocks are viruses inside bubbles. On the leftmost and rightmost columns are bubble machines and jars containing pop cannons.
	Stage 723	Dr. Bowser Dr. Baby Rosalina	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, purple coins (caged and uncaged) are arranged mostly in a checkered pattern in the first seven rows (except the middle of the seventh row), along with two additional coins in the eighth row. Between the coins are three floatie viruses in the middle column, eight exploders in the fourth and sixth columns and half-frozen viruses in the others. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The two coins in the eighth row. The middle three columns of coins in the fifth and sixth rows, for a total of three coins. The middle three columns of coins in the third and fourth rows, for a total of three coins. The middle three columns of coins in the first and second rows, for a total of three coins. The leftmost three columns and rightmost three columns of coins in the sixth and seventh rows, for a total of six coins. The leftmost three columns and rightmost three columns of coins in the fourth and fifth rows, for a total of six coins. The leftmost three columns and rightmost three columns of coins in the second and third rows, plus the rightmost coin in the first row, for a total of seven coins. The remaining three coins in the first row.
	Stage 724 (Hard)	Dr. Fire Rosalina Dr. Wendy	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, there are eight groups in three-by-three forming a ring. The top-left and top-right groups have barrels containing viruses and doors, while the bottom-left and bottom-right groups have barrels containing viruses and doors. The bottom-middle group has Brick Blocks containing hidden viruses and keys while the top-middle has Brick Blocks containing hidden viruses and doors. The middle-left and middle-right group has exploder jars surrounded by Brick Blocks containing seven hidden viruses for each jar.
	Stage 725	Dr. Dry Bowser Dr. Lemmy	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all coins from Coin Blocks. In this stage, the barrels form two concaves on the left and right, with a shell jar in the middle. The middle column of barrels contain Brick Blocks (all containing coins) and the barrels forming diagonal lines leading to the jar contain exploders. The other barrels contain viruses.
	Stage 726	Dr. Fire Mario Dr. Nabbit	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, destroy all barriers and collect all keys. In this stage, the keys are located in the tenth row and the doors are in the topmost row in the middle five columns. Barriers occupy the middle column between the key and door, as well as the fourth row and the seventh rows. Viruses are located in the third, sixth and ninth rows while crates and colorful crates are located in the second, fifth and eighth rows.
	Stage 727	Dr. Baby Wario Dr. Fire Luigi	The objective of this stage is to collect all coins from Coin Blocks and collect all virus coins. In this stage, dust viruses form a checkered pattern, intersected with exploders and bubbles containing crates and viruses. Additionally, there is a shell in the topmost row, there two viruses and two exploders are also located. The virus coins are covered by the bubbles containing crates and the exploders. In the ninth row, there are ice fans, while the second and eighth column each has three Brick Blocks (all containing coins).
	Stage 728	Dr. Lemmy Dr. Fire Peach	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, the purple coins are located in the second and eighth columns, all inside barrels. On each column, four of the purple coins are in between barriers. The viruses are in between barriers, with the rows of viruses and barriers in between rows of crates.
	Stage 729	Dr. Daisy Dr. Baby Peach	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all coins from Coin Blocks and destroy all colorful crates. In this stage, colorful crates are found in eight groups of two and Brick Blocks (all containing coins) are found in four groups of two. Alongside the colorful crates and Coin Blocks are clouded viruses.
	Stage 730 (Hard)	Dr. Dry Bowser Dr. Yoshi	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all purple coins and collect all keys. In the beginning of this stage, there are two rows of floatie viruses each with a half-frozen pop cannon jar, and between the jars are floatie viruses (the next revealed row has another pop cannon jar). An additional pop cannon jar is located in the fifth revealed row, where it is in between eight half-frozen viruses. The eight keys and doors before the stage scrolls each have a floatie virus in between. Purple coins (caged and uncaged) are located in the first row and every second revealed row. More keys are located in the first two revealed rows, with their corresponding doors in the next two revealed rows. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The four coins in the first row (before the stage scrolls). The five coins in the second revealed row. The five coins in the fourth revealed row. The fully-frozen eight coins in the sixth revealed row. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 6 lines are introduced.
	Stage 731	Dr. Larry Dr. Diddy Kong	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all virus coins. In this stage, fully-frozen viruses are arranged to be one row and one column apart from each other. Between the rows and columns of viruses are barrels that contain exploders and a flask. The filled flask in this stage will shoot out colorful crates.
	Stage 732	Dr. Daisy Dr. Yoshi	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all purple coins and collect all keys. In this stage, the doors and keys are both half-frozen. Pop cannons are located in the second and third rows while floatie viruses are located in the seventh and eighth rows. There is a shell and an exploder in the fifth row, where two purple coins are located. The middle column contains caged coins and crates, and in between the coins are barriers. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The two coins in the fifth row. The three coins in the middle column from the seventh row to the ninth row. The three coins in the middle column from the first row to the third row.
	Stage 733 (Hard)	Dr. Toad Dr. Larry	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, there are twelve purple coins in the middle three columns from the fourth to seventh rows. In the fourth to sixth rows, there are viruses and two lock blocks. Those lock blocks correspond to the cages group in L-shapes, with most of them containing viruses and one of them being a lock block that corresponds to the cages in the middle three columns. Near each of the cages are caged coins and colorful crates. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The twelve coins in the middle three columns. The first coins in the eighth and ninth rows, for a total of two coins. The second coins in the eighth and ninth rows, for a total of two coins. The first coins in the two topmost rows, for a total of two coins. The second coins in the two topmost rows, for a total of two coins.
	Stage 734	Dr. Bowser Dr. Kamek	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, there are dust viruses, clouded viruses and a shell below two normal viruses. The doors are located in the barrels in the middle seven columns in the second and sixth rows, while the keys are located in the barrels in the middle seven columns in the fourth and eighth rows. The other barrels contain viruses.
	Stage 735	Dr. Baby Wario Dr. Wario	The objective of this stage is to collect all virus coins and collect all purple coins. In this stage, the middle five columns contain half-frozen purple coins with bubbles containing colorful crates in between the coins. The two leftmost columns and two rightmost columns contain checkered floatie viruses and colorful crates. The virus coins are covered by the floatie viruses and the bubbles.
	Stage 736	Dr. Lakitu Dr. Peach	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, most of the keys and doors are locked behind cages. The top-middle portion of this stage has two exploders and a pop cannon nearby several colorful crates, and the pop cannon is directed towards a lock block that is amidst bubbles containing viruses and colorful crates. Another pop cannon is at the leftmost of the second row, which is aimed towards a shell and another lock block. The third lock block is nearby that pop cannon. Between some of the keys and doors are floatie viruses.
	Stage 737	Dr. Toadette Dr. Dry Bowser	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all virus coins. In this stage, viruses, crates and exploders are scattered, as well as ice fans and Brick Blocks. Among the Brick Blocks, the Capsule Plus are hidden inside the ones in the first row, the fourth row and the eighth row, while the others contain hidden viruses.
	Stage 738 (Hard)	Dr. Lemmy Dr. Wario	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, three rows of yellow and light-blue viruses are placed in a checkered pattern with crates in between. Red viruses are found above those three rows, with an outside layer of partially damaged barrels containing them, a middle layer of half-frozen viruses and fully-frozen viruses on the inside. An extra row of crates are found in the top-most row.
	Stage 739	Dr. Dolphin Dr. Diddy Kong	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks. In this stage, Floatie Viruses of each color in groups of three are found in clouds lined up in three columns. Brick Blocks in the third, fifth and seventh columns contain pink coins, while the others do not contain anything. Additionally, colorful crates are found on the columns that the Floatie Viruses do not occupy in the beginning. The filled flask in this stage will shoot out either colorful crates or exploders.
	Stage 740 (Hard)	Dr. Bowser Jr. Dr. Ludwig	The last stage of the first area, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all pink coins in Brick Blocks and collect all purple coins. In this stage, there are three rows of barriers alternating between three rows of viruses, with one barrier in each row being the odd one out in terms of being active. A row of purple coins found partially damaged barrels are located at the top of the stage before it scrolls, with an additional five coins above that row. On the rows above the initial seven rows of this stage, additional viruses are found in the leftmost and rightmost columns, three of them being Floatie Viruses of different colors. More viruses are found between Brick Blocks found on the second and eighth rows, along with purple coins found in barrels in between those rows. At the top of the stage, four Brick Blocks are found with a caged purple coin between them. The purple coins in the undamaged barrels require other purple coins to be collected, while the single one in the top requires the other purple coins to be collected. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 8 lines are introduced. When cleared, the rest of the first area in the world map gets cleared of viruses. Players also obtain the Fish Bone assistant upon completing this stage.

	Stage 741	Dr. Toadette Dr. Fire Mario	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, including any that appears from flasks. In this stage, there are two medium-sized flasks and two rows of Empty Blocks separating two groups of barrels each arranged in a zig-zag line, with viruses found within the right-angled curves. Four more viruses are found in barrels in the top half, while the rest of the barrels contain exploders. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out viruses.
	Stage 742	Dr. Larry Dr. Waluigi	The objective of this stage is to collect all keys. In this stage, bubble viruses and colorful crates are arranged in diagonal lines, with every colorful crate found in partially damaged barrels except for the ones in the bottom-most row.
	Stage 743	Dr. Baby Peach Dr. Nabbit	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and destroy all barries. In this stage, barriers found in barrels form two overlapping circles. Barriers found in barrels will not change state until the barrel is broken.
	Stage 744 (Hard)	Dr. Goomba Tower Dr. Ludwig	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, two groups of six viruses are surrounded by crates and a few colorful crates, and one group of virus is behind colorful crates and Empty Blocks. Additionally, seven Capsule Plus capsules are found throughout the stage, one of which is next to one group of viruses surrounded by crates.
	Stage 745	Dr. Baby Mario Dr. Larry	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks. a row of eight red Floatie Viruses are found between a row of Brick Blocks and red colorful crates, and four additional Floatie Viruses are found above the group of Brick Blocks. Colorful crates are lined up on the sides above the group of Brick Blocks, along with two in the middle that are surrrounded by viruses. Every Brick Block contains coins.
	Stage 746	Dr. Diddy Kong Dr. Dry Bowser	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, viruses, half-frozen barriers and Brick Blocks intersect with one another. The Brick Blocks in the topmost row contain doors, while the rightmost Brick Block in the bottom-most row contains a key. The Brick Blocks surrounded by viruses contain hidden viruses except for two, which contain keys.
	Stage 747	Dr. Wendy Dr. Koopa Troopa	The objective of this stage is to collect all Virus Coins. This stage is split into nine sections of three rows and three columns separated by colorful crates, and each section contains a Virus Coin. Several of the colorful crates are locked behind cages with its corresponding Lock Block in the middle section. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out colorful crates.
	Stage 748 (Hard)	Dr. Donkey Kong Dr. Daisy	The objective of this stage is to eliminiate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, two large groups of purple coins are found, separated by a line of half-frozen viruses. Next to each group are three shells and three Floatie Viruses. The Brick Block has a hidden purple coin. The order in which the coins are unlocked are the following: Two groups of six coins at the bottom half of the group and one coin in the Brick Block Two groups of six coins at the top half of the group Six coins that divided the two groups of six coins in both halves The remaining coins that surrounded the other coins (except for the one in the Brick Block)
	Stage 749	Dr. Toadette Dr. Roy	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks. In this stage, a group of viruses covered in dust are found in the middle, and a Lock Block locking colorful crates shaped in an upside-down "U" is found above a group of viruses. All Brick Blocks except for those in the same row as the Lock Block contain coins.
	Stage 750	Dr. Bowser Jr. Dr. Baby Wario	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, a large group of viruses in a shape of a filled "8" is found next to crates. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out crates of variable durabilities.
	Stage 751	Dr. Fire Rosalina Dr. Baby Luigi	The objective of this stage is to collect all purple coins and collect all keys. In this stage, purple coins surround two groups of 3x5 viruses, one group being half-frozen and another group encased in bubbles. Purple coins can be found in broken and unbroken barrels, with some of them in the way between the keys and doors.
	Stage 752 (Hard)	Dr. Lemmy Dr. Wario	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, colorful crates separated groups of viruses, along with a few individual viruses near Empty Blocks. The red Lock Block is surrounded by Empty Blocks, along with Exploders near the Lock Block. The dust hides viruses.
	Stage 753	Dr. Bowser Dr. Luigi	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, bubble viruses are found above purple coins found below crates, while caged purple coins are found above crates. A line of viruses are found directly below ice fans at the top of the stage. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The nine coins found along the bottom of the crates Coins found in the fourth and sixth columns The rest of the coins along the fourth row
	Stage 754	Dr. Kamek Dr. Blooper	The objective of this stage is to eliminiate all viruses and destroy all barriers. In this stage, viruses are lined up vertically, save for a few lined up horizontally along the barriers. All Brick Blocks contain hidden viruses. A Capsule Plus is found in a partially damaged barrel at the top-middle part of the stage.
	Stage 755	Dr. Wario Dr. Fire Luigi	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, colorful crates form two horizontal lines and two vertical lines criss-crossed with each other, with viruses occupying the spaces in between, along with colorful crates shaped like a cross at the top-right corner separated by ice fans and a lone virus.
	Stage 756 (Hard)	Dr. Dolphin Dr. Larry	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, four lines containing Empty Blocks and crates are found separated by a column of bubbles in the middle, holding viruses, Floatie Viruses and a flask. Additional viruses are found along the lines of crates and Empty Blocks. The filled flask in this stage will shoot out bubble viruses.
	Stage 757	Dr. Lemmy Dr. Rosalina	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks and collect all purple coins. In this stage, the layout is symmetrical, save for the colors of the viruses and shells. Lock Blocks are found in the middle column, with crates behind the blue cages, Brick Blocks behind the yellow cages and viruses behind the red cages. All Brick Blocks contain coins. The order in which the purple coins are unlocked are as follows: Single coin on the leftmost column Single coin on the rightmost column Coins from both the second and eighth columns Rest of the coins found in the sixth row
	Stage 758	Dr. Fire Luigi Dr. Mario	The objective of this stage is to collect all keys. In this stage, the viruses form a shape of a bunny's head. Among the viruses, four Floatie Viruses of each of the three colors are found. Doors are found in the topmost row, while keys are initially located below the yellow viruses.
	Stage 759	Dr. Yoshi Dr. Baby Wario	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, half-frozen viruses, exploders, shells and Brick Blocks are found, along with a few fully-frozen Brick Blocks and purple coins. The order in which the purple coins are unlocked are as follows: The two unfrozen coins and three fully-frozen coins The two middle coins in the fourth row The coins found in the middle three columns The rest of the coins found in the leftmost two columns and rightmost two columns
	Stage 760 (Hard)	Dr. Baby Peach Dr. Baby Rosalina	The final stage is a scrolling stage that requires all viruses to be eliminated. In this stage, various Floatie Viruses are found in the beginning, along with Brick Blocks and viruses in barrels throughout the stages. Bubble viruses appear eventually, and later ice fans start to appear. Exploders later appear, and a couple of half-frozen viruses one line after that. A line of regular viruses are found near the top, with the top containing a line of Empty Blocks. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 10 lines are introduced. Once it is cleared, the remaining area of the stage map gets cleared of viruses, and players can access World 20. Upon completion, players earn a free Staff Ticket that lets them unlock either a new doctor, a new assistant, or leveling up an existing doctor or assistant.

	Stage 19A	Dr. Wendy Dr. Koopa Troopa	Within a 60 second time limit, players need to eliminate all viruses and collect all coins from Coin Blocks. In this stage, Brick Blocks occupy nine rows except for two spots in the ninth row. Except for a few Brick Blocks, they contain either hidden pink viruses or are Coin Blocks. Completing this stage awards the player 500 coins.
	Stage 19B	Dr. Goomba Tower Dr. Bowser Jr.	Within a 70 second time limit, players need to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, the pink viruses are arranged in a checkered pattern where they are either inside bubbles or are caged. Filling in the gaps of pink viruses are purple coins (caged and uncaged), where some of them are caged. The cages form a wall of a path where a bubble with a pink lock block is at the end. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: In addition to the first row of coins, the path of coins starting from the rightmost portion to the leftmost portion of the eighth row, leading to the leftmost portion of the second row to the rightmost portion of the second row, leading to the rightmost portion of the fourth row to the third object in the fourth row, leading to the third object in the sixth row to the rightmost portion of the sixth row, for a total of 22 coins. The rightmost coin in the fifth row. The rightmost coin in the seventh row. The rest of the coins between the caged viruses, of which there are 14 of them. Completing this stage awards the player 500 coins.
	Stage 19C	8-Bit Dr. Mario Dr. Baby Luigi	Within a 70 second time limit, players need to eliminate all viruses, destroy all barriers and collect all keys. In this stage, cages are found in the topmost row and among the doors in an upside-down "V" pattern. Directly below the doors are caged floatie viruses and half-frozen viruses. The lock block, which is fully-frozen, is located in the middle of the topmost row, where two shells and caged barriers are located. In the same column as the shells, there are pop cannons, one caged and one uncaged. Crates are also found below the topmost row. Completing this stage awards the player 1000 coins and a Staff Ticket.

Special Stage

In this stage, the barriers, frozen purple coins (caged and uncaged), jars, ice fans and bubble machines form an "X". The jars are a shell jar, an exploder jar and a pop cannon jar. Three floatie viruses are located on the sides and the top of the stage. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The second coin in the fourth row and the coins in the fifth row, for a total of three coins. The first coin in the third and fourth rows, the coin in the sixth row and the second coin in the seventh row, for a total of four coins. The second coin in the second and third rows, as well as the first coin in the seventh and eighth rows, for a total of four coins. The first coin in the second and eighth rows, as well as the coins in the first and ninth row, for a total of four coins. Completing this stage awards the player 1000 coins and Dr. Kamek.
