|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, five of the keys and three of the doors are found in Brick Blocks, and hidden viruses are found in the other Brick Blocks. All dusts hide viruses.
|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, a column of viruses with a shell is in between six columns of bubbles containing viruses, three on each side. Above the columns of bubbles are crates and below them are ice fans. The leftmost and rightmost columns have more crates, and the topmost row has exploders.

Prior to version 1.2.0, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:
* The dust viruses in the middle column are changed to normal viruses.

Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:
* Capsule amount is increased from 35 to 37.
* The first two viruses in the middle column are changed into shells in the middle column.

Prior to version 2.0.0, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:
* Exploders are added in the first row at the first three columns and the last three columns.
* The second shell in the middle column is changed to a virus.
* Between the first shell, the crate on the left has reduced durability (3 hits to 2 hits) and a crate is added to its right (1 hit)
* In the first, second, sixth and seventh columns in the second and third rows, crates requiring one hit to destroy are placed.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, including any that appears from flasks. This stage is shaped like a diamond, containing virus in bubbles interwoven with Brick Blocks containing hidden viruses and a fully-frozen flask in the middle. Two additional half-frozen flasks are found on the second row. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either viruses in bubbles or skill chargers.
|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, the viruses are separated into segments with crates. The bottom-left and bottom-right sides have bubbles with viruses, the two sections at the bottom-center have dust viruses, the middle-left and middle-right sides have a normal virus each, and the top-center has normal viruses, floatie viruses and two shells.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all Virus Coins. This stage contains colorful crates along the top two rows, with four found in each row. Barriers are found near the Empty Blocks. In the middle column, five Floatie Viruses are found. The Virus Coins are found behind each virus in the leftmost two rows and the rightmost two rows, along with two big ones at the top and bottom in the middle three columns.
|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, destroy all Brick Blocks and collect all purple coins. This stage is shaped like a narrow doorway. Viruses are lined up at the ninth row and the fourth and sixth columns, while the coins are placed at the bottom-left, bottom-right and top portions. Brick Blocks are placed in the remaining places within, save for the corners at the top.

Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:
# The six coins in the first three columns.
# The six coins in the last three columns.
# The coin in the middle of the first row.

The capsule amount is increased from 33 to 37 since version 1.3.5. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same.

Red cages are found in the middle row, yellow cages are found in the middle column and light-blue cages are found on the left and right columns and a few at the top and bottom rows. A shell is hidden inside the Brick Block next to the red Lock Block. Among the Brick Blocks with coins, the bottom-left and bottom-right groups have two each in the ones nearer to the middle column, while the top-left and top-right groups have three each in the ones nearer to the center.
|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stages, the viruses are confined to the top four rows blocked off by crates and Empty Blocks. An exploder is the middle of six viruses, and all the Brick Blocks contain hidden viruses.

In this stage, there are three rows of barriers alternating between three rows of viruses, with one barrier in each row being the odd one out in terms of being active. A row of purple coins found partially damaged barrels are located at the top of the stage before it scrolls, with an additional five coins above that row.
|align=left|The last stage of the first area, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, ice fans are placed among the middle five columns, while viruses and Brick Blocks are found throughout the stage. The Brick Blocks surrounding the virus in the first row contain hidden viruses.

On the rows above the initial seven rows of this stage, additional viruses are found in the leftmost and rightmost columns, three of them being Floatie Viruses of different colors. More viruses are found between Brick Blocks found on the second and eighth rows, along with purple coins found in barrels in between those rows. At the top of the stage, four Brick Blocks are found with a caged purple coin between them. The purple coins in the undamaged barrels require other purple coins to be collected, while the single one in the top requires the other purple coins to be collected. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 8 lines are introduced.

This stage introduces ice fans. Making a match next to an ice fan will cause it to activate, and making another match while the ice fan is activated will freeze a random virus or certain objects. The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, viruses are grouped into four rings separated by Brick Blocks along with some ice fans in the middle column.

The capsule amount is increased from 35 to 38 since version 2.0.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same.
