Stage names in bold red text are labelled as hard stages in the game.
Area 1
Image | Stage | Best Doctors | Overview |
---|---|---|---|
Stage 521 | Dr. Baby Mario |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, there are ice fans and bubble machines, along with a few viruses inside bubbles blocked by Brick Blocks. | |
Stage 522 | Dr. Roy |
The objective of this stage is to collect all virus coins. In this stage, the middle columns contain viruses (each with a virus coin behind) in a checkered pattern among crates and flasks, while the left and right columns contain floatie viruses surrounded by Brick Blocks, with three virus coins on each side. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either exploders or crates. | |
Stage 523 | Dr. Waluigi |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all coins from Coin Blocks. In this stage, there is a path of viruses weaved around Brick Blocks with only one line being revealed while the others are covered in dust. The Brick Blocks in the even-numbered columns are Coin Blocks. | |
Stage 524 | Dr. Koopa Troopa |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, destroy all Brick Blocks and collect all keys. In this stage, two sets of keys and doors are arranged in an "x" pattern, with viruses between the doors while exploders inside bubbles are in between the keys. Between the sets are Brick Blocks arranged in a 3x3 pattern. | |
Stage 525 | Dr. Baby Daisy |
The objective of this stage is to collect all coins from Coin Blocks and collect all keys. In this stage, there are two columns containing one key and one door each, with floatie viruses inside bubbles and purple coins in between them. Lock blocks are found above the doors, which will unlock exploders and crates.
Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:
| |
Stage 526 | Dr. Fire Rosalina |
The objective of this stage is to collect all virus coins. In this stage, there is a ring of viruses in partially-damaged barrels each with a virus coin behind them, along with four virus coins in the corners above the flasks each with a caged exploder, along with a virus coin behind the barrels in the middle where a lock block is found (unbroken ones have viruses inside). Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either exploders or barrels containing viruses. | |
Stage 527 | Dr. Koopa Troopa |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, the keys and doors are in the odd-numbered columns, while ice fans and colorful crates are in the even-numbered columns. All Brick Blocks except the ones in the eighth row contain hidden viruses.
Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:
| |
Stage 528 | Dr. Kamek |

| |
Stage 529 | Dr. Fire Rosalina |

Crates are found near the green exploders. In the middle of the stage, there is a lock block inside a bubble, which will unlock all the viruses in the stage. | |
Stage 530 | Dr. Diddy Kong |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all coins from Coin Blocks. In this stage, three columns of Brick Blocks (all containing coins) are separated by two rows of barriers with checkered activation. On the same rows as the barriers are shells and viruses. Two groups of crates form a three-sided boundary around the Brick Blocks, and on the outside of the top boundary are a path of viruses. | |
Stage 531 | Dr. Bowser Jr. |
The objective of this stage is to collect all virus coins. In this stage, virus coins are covered by purple coins (caged and uncaged), and a large flask is also found. The filled flask in this stage will shoot out either exploders or viruses inside bubbles.
Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:
| |
Stage 532 | Dr. Fire Luigi |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and destroy all crates. In this stage, a group of viruses are within a boundary of crates locked in cages, along with four barriers. Ice fans are in the top-right and bottom-left corners while Brick Blocks are in the top-left and bottom-right corners. | |
Stage 535 | Dr. Kamek |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, Capsule Plus capsules are arranged in diagonal lines alongside viruses inside bubbles on one half of the stage, while on the other half there is a skill charger along with viruses arranged in three diagonal lines. Between the two groups are bubble machines. | |
Stage 536 | Dr. Fire Rosalina |

In this stage, there are three rows of dust viruses in the middle, and a row of crates separate them from two rows of viruses above and another row of crates separate them from two rows of viruses below. On the leftmost and rightmost columns, each row of crates have a shell and an exploder, and each shell and exploder have a crate above and a crate below them. | |
Stage 540 | Dr. Dry Bowser |
The last stage of the first area, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all pink coins in Brick Blocks and collect all purple coins. In this stage, there are three rows of barriers alternating between three rows of viruses, with one barrier in each row being the odd one out in terms of being active. A row of purple coins found partially damaged barrels are located at the top of the stage before it scrolls, with an additional five coins above that row.
On the rows above the initial seven rows of this stage, additional viruses are found in the leftmost and rightmost columns, three of them being Floatie Viruses of different colors. More viruses are found between Brick Blocks found on the second and eighth rows, along with purple coins found in barrels in between those rows. At the top of the stage, four Brick Blocks are found with a caged purple coin between them. The purple coins in the undamaged barrels require other purple coins to be collected, while the single one in the top requires the other purple coins to be collected. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 8 lines are introduced.
