They are described as the strongest type of Iron Boots, and as such are very effective against spiked enemies. As with other boots, these are best for a straight line of four. And like other weapons, they become worn out once they are used a few times. They can be purchased at Shangri-Spa for 2,200 coins, but can also be found in a number of places throughout the game:
- Within a Hidden Block in Bowser's Castle - found on the second floor in the dining hall, in the northwest corner.
- In a ? Block in the southwest corner of the first room right of the dining hall.
- In a ? Block within the Spring of Jungle Mist. It is between the collectible chest and the fallen log.
