Like in [[Wingo's Watchtower]], the level takes place in a dark and stormy tower where Wingo will constantly produce gusts of wind in attempts to blow [[Captain Toad]] away. The boss battle is also the same, except now Wingo can fire electric beams from the sky. When defeated, he lets go of [[Toadette]] and the [[Power Star]], effectively defeating him once and for all. Like the outcome after previous battle, Toadette gets her upper body stuck in the treasure after being sent in the air a second time, and the player must pull her out from her lower body to collect the Power Star. | Like in [[Wingo's Watchtower]], the level takes place in a dark and stormy tower where Wingo will constantly produce gusts of wind in attempts to blow [[Captain Toad]] away. Like in Wingo's Watchtower, the level takes place in a dark and stormy tower where Wingo will constantly produce gusts of wind in attempts to blow Captain Toad away. The boss battle is also the same, except now Wingo can fire electric beams from the sky. When defeated, he lets go of Toadette and the Power Star, effectively defeating him once and for all. Like the outcome after the previous battle, Toadette gets her upper body stuck in the treasure after being sent in the air a second time, and the player must pull her out from her lower body to collect the Power Star.
Super Gems
- Super Gem 1: In a gap of the long gust-driven platform at the top of the first tower. Captain Toad can only collect it when the platform is blown out of the way of the Clear Pipe Cannon.
- Super Gem 2: Accessible via a gust-driven platform with a ladder just before the long ladder leading to the highest level on the second tower.
- Super Gem 3: On top of the two-by-three-by-three gust-driven platform just before the Clear Pipe Cannon leading to the boss battle.
Bonus objective
- Collected 220 coins!

Luigi sighting
After the tallest ladder, angling the camera right and down reveals an 8-bit Luigi in an alcove below.
