It is mentioned in a letter from Kolorado's wife to Kooper, which says she and Kooper's mother had a talk "over some Koopa Tea". It is also required as part of one of Koopa Koot's favors.
It appears again in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It has the same effect as in Paper Mario. However, it is instead prepared with a Turtley Leaf, and it is prepared by Zess T.
