Hidden Treasure: Medicine Pill
The hidden treasure of this level, the Medicine Pill, is located at the top right of the first area with ball-throwing Penguins. The player has to smash through the wall of Enemy Blocks in order to get there. Getting a Penguin to the spot can be kind of tricky since the ceiling is very low at the top area.
The treasure found in this stage may be a reference to the Megavitamins of Dr. Mario.
