The players occupation in this stage is to have Wario climb all the way up to the top of a skyscraper. The stage features numerous floor tiles that fall when stepped on. It also introduces the bottle-tossing pirate Gaugau.
On the backside of the buildings top is a giant sign that reads "Nintendo" (with the "D" leading to a room full of coins), implying that the skyscraper might be in fact the Nintendo headquarters.
