Petey Piranha’s Shell Smackdown is a Boss Battle minigame in Mario Party: Star Rush.
Gameplay
As Petey Piranha jumps around, he causes Green Shells to fall. Players can pick up and toss Green Shells at Petey Piranha to score points. At times, Petey Piranha can use a spinning attack to deflect Green Shells. Other players can take hits for Green Shells; when that happens, the Green Shell gets used up and the player gets stunned. Players who touch Petey Piranha lose one point.
When Petey Piranha's health is halfway, he gets enraged. When he jumps, large Green Shells may fall along regular Green Shells; these Green Shells last longer than regular Green Shells and are worth more points if they hit Petey Piranha.
