Arceus is a Normal-type Legendary Pokémon (though it can change its type by holding different Plates) that first appeared in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. It is considered to be "The Original One", having created the entirety of the universe. In Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U, it can be spawned from a Poké Ball and attacks by using Gravity, releasing a circular shockwave that smashes opponents downward if they are in the air, though it deals no damage.
