Template:Minigame-infobox Spotlight Swim is a 1-vs-3 minigame found in Mario Party 3.

Gameplay

Three players have to use the spotlight to spotlight the other player all together while the other has to avoid being caught by the three player's spotlights. The other player can also go in underwater preventing being caught with the three spotlight but the player has to go back up because the player needs to breathe. If the player manages to avoid the three player's spotlights, that player wins. But if the three players caught the other with all the spotlights together, they win.

Controls

Solo (1 player)

  • Control Stick – Move
  • A Button – Dive

Group (3 players)

  • Control Stick – Move spotlight

In-game text

  • Game Rules"Catch the swimmer by shining all the searchlights on him or her at the same time."
  • Advice"The swimmer temporarily stops after he or she dives. Try to shine your searchlight on the swimmer at that point."
