Userpedia Closing

I haeard something about the sysops are in a disscussion about closing Userpedia. An answer should be; I thought we created Userpedia for a reason. It's impossible to close Userpedia, sysops here basically aren't sysops there. It's my personal opinion. Minimario here says sprite comics were too distracting, and the problem's fixed by moving them to another wiki. Guess what, Mini-M? You can't close Userpedia just 'cause people are over there more than here. They have a right to be on what sight they want to. If they're neglecting the wiki that's their problems. I spend more time here than there and even I think that's unfair. You wouldn't like it if it were the other way around, would you? Why are you asking about Halo? This is the second time I've been asked that question so I find it kind of odd. Yes, I own a 360 and Halo 3. Multi Upload

I used Special:MultipleUpload, and entered new names which had a space. Then, I got to a page which told me that the spaces got changed to underscores, and asked me if I still wanted to store the pictures. Censoring

There's currently an ongoing discussion about whether or not to censor Bob Hoskins's quote on the Super Mario Bros. movie, which reads:

Censoring the word with asterisks or anything similar seems kind of silly. I wouldn't be against leaving out some sentences like in Wikipedia's quote template. Some kind of "See full quote (mature)" show/hide link could be an interesting compromise. --Steve (talk) 14:48, 9 February 2008 (EST)

Ghost Jam

Ghost Jam recently(Like just a few minutes ago) banned me from using the forum(I have no idea for how long) with the reason of "3 counts of mod baiting and inappropriate language in sig.", I don't remember having inappropriate language in my sig, and I don't even know what he means by "mod baiting", but I don't think there's anything against flaming mods more so than flaming other users in the rules... Well, I'm not sure, since I can't get to them. And I'm not sure how minor it was when it started, but he modified my sig to say things like "Ghost Jam is the best person ever" after I said bad things about him in my sig. </dumb rant> ~Uniju(T-C-E)

Ads

Supposedly this is only happening for some people, but at least for me and ChaosNinji(they supposedly prevent him from being able to use MarioWiki's chat applet), the ads are on the left side of the page, and are kind of annoying, and for some people are supposedly covering up parts of the page itself(for me, the page is stretched around it, but their certainly still kinda annoying). I'm not sure what's up, but I don't think their suppose to be like this. <_< ...Or are they? Patroller Power

The community seems to have unanimously decided to give more power to the patroller rank, particularly concerning image deletion and protected pages. Help me

Garlic Man and sometimes 1 or so others remove my perfectly good edits for abosolutly no reason whatsoever. Just for the sake of doing so, nearly half of my edits are taken down. For example, what is wrong with editing saying Prof. Kolorado was on his way returning home to his wife instead of just saying he was returning home or that Luvbi's parents were loving parents to her and cared for her at her bedside or saying O'Chunks spoke with an Irish accent when I noticed this myself, and the official stamped seal of apporoval guide from nintendo power said this on pages such as 27. Quite often the server jumps back & forth an hour and leaves edits an hour ahead of themselves when it is corrected, causing real current edits to be filled in-between. Any idea what's causing it? Nice idea. IMO this would be a good idea. Because while the proposal for the Bob Hoskins article was running. I believe users were still editing the page. My one problem with it is, some users may take it the wrong way. And believe that you shouldn't make any major edits to the article. It seems like I was taken out of context. All I can make of it was that they thought I was saying I or myself is smoking something. That's bad? I heard people joke that Wayoshi was gay on the forum. The mods certainly can not be serious for suspending me for even 10 seconds, let alone forever, for that quote. There is no way. This ban must be lifted immedialty. Anger Management Problems

My anger management problems got me blocked on Userpedia... again! Do you think that I should've told the other users there right after I joined? That way my actions would be less likely to get me blocked if they're withing range of "induced by slight anger management problems"... that is if the sysops there are the understanding kind, which at this point I can tell that they're not... at least towards me. SiFi, your side seems to a bit faulty you said you were not warned, and right now you just admitted you were warned. Also your side is also highly-exaggerating this, there was a period of at least 10 minutes from which I told you stop and when you were banned. I'd just like to get that out of the way. And you used CAPS over an extended period time, over that time I warned you several times to stop, all of which you chose to ignore. Not only this but hes had a record of breaking the rules, such as Sockpuppeting, Impersonating, Nick Abuse, Flaming, and Spamming. Inappropriate Ads

During my semi-normal routine to get into the chatroom, it seems that those ads came back again. Again, the ads mention of saying “Meet Sexy Persians HERE!”. It is a shock that the ad filtering that you have added in for yourself to manage the ads won't go away. Here are some sample links:
