Mario Party 4[edit]
I'm not exactly sure, but my prediction will be that Bowser takes half of the player's coins like usual. I've never seen anyone actually use the item; the only time I've seen it, the CPU had it and never used it. It's me, Mario! (Talk / Stalk) 21:42, 2 July 2014 (EDT)

Image categories[edit]
Hello. When you upload images please make sure to add the correct game category (such as ). ( • ) 13:13, 8 June 2016 (EDT)
Thanks, but where exactly do I input the category? A51 Trooper 13:32, 8 June 2016 (EDT)
- Just put it anywhere within the summary part, it'll categorize the page. At the bottom (below the aboutfile template) is preferable. ( • ) 13:35, 8 June 2016 (EDT)
Nice work[edit]
Improving Donkey Kong Barrel Blast's article. L151
Thank you, I'll try to make it as good as I can so it could possibly become a featured article in the future. A51 Trooper
Re: Image ripping[edit]
I could just upload HD screenshots instead. L151
[edit]
Hi, I need your help for a little favor. Can you tell Time Turner to stop removing the caption from Donkey Kong Jr., I've seen your edit by putting back the caption on the Goomba page and I thought that should be a good example to teach him infoboxes need captions. Time Turner thinks he has it all figured out but he hasn't even seen the other pages with captions. Can you help please? Marino13 15:27, 3 July 2016 (EDT)
re:Chat querry[edit]
Um, sorry. I was not at my computer.
Anyway, to make thins simple, aliasing is a graphic flaw where the edges of a model/bitmap are pixelated, giving a stair-like effect to the edge of image, for a lack of a better wording (the left image on this wikipedia article illustrates it). The character portraits on the Barrel Blast page exhibit aliasing. --Glowsquid (talk) 19:15, 16 July 2016 (EDT)
- I don't own the game and I've never used a Wii emulator so I wouldn't know if they "naturally" look like that or if it's a consequence of the emulator settings used *shrug*. --Glowsquid (talk) 18:13, 2 August 2016 (EDT)
Re: DKBB help[edit]
Also, i would might include the Squid as an obstacle. L151
Images Tagged With Delete[edit]
When you say an image is a replacement or duplicate, please specify the file that shouldn't be deleted in delete. Chances decrease an item will be deleted if the other file is not specified. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) (Stats - Contribs) 16:40, 7 September 2016 (EDT)
- Very simple solution to that: :File:TheFile.png Just add a colon before the prefix File:. That tells the parser to do a regular link rather than special parsing. Works for the category namespace too so that way it doesn't add the page to the category you are linking to. File:DKC3 Bazza.png and Category:Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! Images --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) (Stats - Contribs) 18:50, 7 September 2016 (EDT)
I noticed you tagged three Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest images for deletion because a better version was uploaded but never got around to fixing the pages that reference the old files. Be sure to do that. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) (Stats - Contribs) 21:06, 19 September 2016 (EDT)
DK64 bios[edit]
Hey! Were you able to pass the Flash requirement at the website? If so, there are some more bios there, of Cranky and Candy Kong for instance.

- If you are able to screenshot the images, then they're easy to save in that way. Let me know if you have trouble, then I could try and give it a go.
Re: Banana Coin proposal[edit]
I can certainly do that if you like. But I do think it's good to have an established consensus, which is something to look back on in case somebody else raises the suggestion to split the articles in future.

Web Page Screenshots[edit]
When captured with prt scr
and then pasted into an image editing program (or equivalent methods), these image are best saved as a PNG. Here's why. It's an image that is a bit silly in presentation, but there is some truth to it that should be considered. Hey[edit]
Hey there. I've properly linked to your Twitter conversation screenshot on the Zinger article, and moved the Bees category to "Bees and wasps" to account for it.
On a different note, don't forget to make sure no articles are still linking to an image before you tag it for deletion. The old version of the Krockhead artwork is still being used on the gallery, as seen in the "File usage" section on the filepage. The old linked files should be replaced with the newer version before being deleted (but userpage links can be ignored).

- Hi I came to wish you a Happy B-day as well
P.S In case you don't know me; I am The King of all Mario's RPGS from the forum. (talk) (edits) 03:50, 13 November 2016 (EST)
- You're welcome. And yes, I certainly think that image will work.
MP space charts[edit]
I noticed you've been adding space charts to Mario Party board articles. Good work, but I need to address a few things.
- I don't think it's necessary to include numbers for the space-based Last Five Turns Events. It's common sense that an event that replaces all Red Spaces with Bowser Spaces would result in there being no Red Spaces and the usual number being added to the number of Bowser Spaces. It adds unnecessary clutter in my opinion. It's not like Bowser Nightmare, where the event that results in Bowser replacing blues with reds is specific to that board and replaces a specific number of spaces.
- On a similar note, listing Star Spaces on the Mario Party 5 space charts is unnecessary. Stars work the same way for all MP5 boards, and none of the other space charts do this.
- For some of the MP5 boards, you listed there being one Bowser Space in some of the Story Mode sections. When I replayed Story Mode recently in order to do the Sweet Dream and Bowser Nightmare charts, none of the Story Mode versions of the boards had Bowser Spaces unless someone got a Bowser Capsule. Was this different for you, or was this a mistake?
- I did that to be as informative as possible.
- I did that because Mario Party 5 has an event were five star spaces are added onto the board, and if that event did not exist, I wouldn't have added it.
- I'll check this on Monday, as I don't have access to the game at the moment. I remember Bowser Spaces being in Story Mode, I just don't recall them appearing through the use of a Bowser Capsule. A51 Trooper 16:53, 25 November 2016 (EST)
- OK, I've had second thoughts on the Red Spaces to Bowser Spaces/Fortune Spaces events, I think those bits of information should stay. However, my opinion regarding the inclusion of Star Spaces on the MP5 charts being unnecessary remains unchanged. The existence of the five Star Spaces event doesn't matter; it's still works the same for all boards, and none of the other games' board charts list Star Spaces. 00:50, 26 November 2016 (EST)
Friends?[edit]
Hey, I'd like to request that we be friends on the wiki. Even though we haven't interacted here, we have on the forum (in fact, you're probably the main reason my ask thread hasn't died). Here is the code of my userbox:

So whattya say?
