- Also categorized as help; Could you please add a <br> to {{Quote}}? It is such a minor change that I don't think I need to call a meeting. Here are two good reasons:
- Reducing server stress on the wiki. If you add that br, we will be able to delete the enter that is currently slowing the wiki therefore decreasing both downtime and loading time.
- Fixing articles of mistakes. Say a user type {{quote|bla|jfgjf|kff}}

I am asking all admins/patrollers/former admins/former patrollers with articles on userpedia that are nonexistant or stubs about their editing history and you fall in to that category. Dark Star Core
And I quote from the guide "Though Bowser defeated Dark Fawful, the Dark Star has not forgotten his imprint. When the Dark Star core is swallowed by Bowser during his brawl with Dark Bower, it conjures up Fawful's familiar mug and a set of spidery legs,". The Dark Star Core is basically copying Fawful's appearance. SJ derp :P
- I was talking about the final battle...oh well. I think I should also note this thing's name is Dark Fawful until it's swallowed by Dark Bowser, and then it's called the Dark Star Core after that, which I find weird...I'm confused.... SJ derp :P

PMTTYD Beta
Since I got my Gamecube back, I started playing the beta TTYD again. I actually seemed to have forgotten quite a few things that were in it. :O So, I figured I'd collaborate with you on this again to see if we can get somewhere. When you were searching through the beta elements, did you happen to find any sprites — or any indication, for that matter — of a red or blue coin? - Visually, not that I can tell. There's a few other items that probably wouldn't show up in the ROM then, such as a purple and a gold mushroom, (I can't remember what they're called; I haven't made it that far in the game again), and some other items. ...Do you know if there's a way I can rip some of the sprites from the actual GameCube disk? - A capture card, eh? I'll see if I can get one of those. (If my parents will let me. >_>) And yeah, the red and blue coins act the same as they did in SM64, as far as how many coins they add to your total. You have to earn them different ways, though. Which reminds me, I think there's another type of coin in the game that I could never actually access. Because, I just noticed, the tattle log has an additional two pages that are completely blank. They have no room for entries at all, which makes me think there may be more hidden enemies inside the game. I just don't get why Nintendo took so much out of the beta version when they made the final cut. The game definitely would have been a lot better. The only thing I can think of as to why they would have done that is the loading time. - Well, Action Replay does absolutely nothing to the disk. But a gaming nerd I know -- he's been trying to help me hack this thing too -- said that there's a way to add a file to the GameCube memory card that apparently "rips open" the game's files, making all of them completely accessible. I have know idea if this is even true though. Do you know of any good ways to hack things? I usually use Action Replay or random button combinations that end up unlocking and decoding stuff. - [1]"Medal Game" is a Japanese term for an arcade game that uses tokens.
- [2]"Catcher" is the Japanese term for those arcade crane games that are always rigged. I would have just said "crane game", but this explains the game's title. Not sure what a "pusher game" is.
- [3]Not too sure about this. I have no idea what 「新惑覚」 is. Possibly something about tricking your opponents...?
- [4]More weird arcade terms. "Field" seems to be a pile of tokens, and "kurūn" looks to be some form of roulette.

Thanks for asking! I'm still working on the project, but I don't have anywhere to put it. I might join the Mariology site run out of TMK, but after experiencing a perfect set-up like I had here, it's hard to get enthusiastic about taking the project elsewhere. Don't worry, though: once I'm done the taxonomy, I will post it somewhere, and I'll be sure to tell you where to find it! It might take a few more months though: without the MWiki articles, I'm going to have to expand all the exposition about the species, and now that I'm finally getting some formal education about evolution and classification, I'm going to go back and reevaluate the whole thing. - Walkazo 21:51, 13 November 2009 (EST)

- I'm fine, though theatre, school, homework, facebook,and the AnimeSuki forums have taken over my life, so I'm not on here much anymore. XD How have you been? SJ derp :P
- I wish that a Mario Party 9 or a Mario Volleyball game would be announced. That'd make my interest in Mario skyrocket for a while, thus I'd be here more often. :P SJ derp :P
- I don't really even play the 1st SMG so I'm not that excited 2nd SMG. :P Now if there was a Mario Volleyball game, I would play it to death. :P SJ derp :P
- I have the 1st SMG, I just never play it. I got bored after I beat it. :P As for Volleyball, I think I'm somewhat decent. I've gone to my mom's volleyball practices since I was in diapers, though. :P Right now I just wanna master the Jump-Serve. :) SJ derp :P
- I jump serve is a more powerful version of a serve. You basically throw up the ball, get a running start then jump up and hit it. Easier said than done, though. And I really haven't seen anything that "new". There's Umineko no Naku Koro ni, but I've played the Visual Novels so I just watch it to compare it to the original VN. :P SJ derp :P

WarioWare Person
Hello again. Maybe you have noticed the article on the WarioWare desginer Ko Takeuchi I wrote. I tried to get every relevant piece of information I could find on the Internet - usually at Western websites. However, there is one particular interview in Japanese that might reveal even more facts about this person. No, I don't want you to write up a translation of the whole interview, that would be too much. I ran the interview through three different translators and took the information from the understandable parts. Maybe you could help me on this and confirm if the info is true? Only if you want, of course, I don't know how much time it would consume. Anyway, here is what I got from the translations (and where help is needed):
- Question 1
- Ko Takeuchi joined Nintendo in 2000.
- First game he was involved with is a Hamtaro game (in the Kikizo interview, he said Wario Land 4, though, but the Hamtaro game is older). His job was the assistant director.
- Next game was Wario Land 4, for which he made the background graphics.
- He designed the characters for WarioWare (already known).
- ! I don't understand why he did choose the job as a game designer.
- Takeuchi studied cartooning in the United States (already known).
- After his return to Japan, he applied to different companies related to visual arts, including at least one game company (Warp). He entered the video game industry this way.
- Question 2
- ! What does he say about Hiroji Kiyotake (designer of Wario)?
- Question 3
- He sees the game Mother as a masterpiece (or does he mean the series as a whole?).
- ! What does he say about character design?
- Question 4
- ! His character designs are often based on real people (not sure about that, the translations were a bit odd).
- When a new character idea comes to his mind, he draws it into a small sketch book.
- ! Nintendo is a "gold mine" of character ideas, what is exactly meant?
- Question 5
- ! I don't really understand at all what the bad translations say. :-(

Wario Land 4 Enemies
Hello, you have moved back several Wario Land 4 enemy articles back to their Japanese names which were previously moved by Mecha-Boss Unit. He said it's from an official English guide, yet I still need a confirmation for the guide's existence. Shouldn't we wait for that (even though I have to admit that it is odd that all the years before nobody has used these names on the Internet when they are official and that I never read about that guide)? --Grandy02 12:15, 24 December 2009 (EST)
- The conversation with Mecha-Boss Unit has ended. He told that the guide doesn't have an entry at Amazon because they "just took the entry off." I couldn't find any information on the Internet, which isn't surprising since the guide "sold out in 6 minutes" according to him. So we still don't have a confirmation, but it is notable that a name just made up by me ("Hammer Warrior") is coincidentally also the name in said guide. Hello 2247. I have a short question: Some time ago, you moved Ringosukii to Ringosukī. But I read that the long vowel i is romanized ii rather than ī for words of Japanese origin (and Ringosukii/ī is based on such words). What is the proper romanization? --Grandy02 16:27, 23 January 2010 (EST)
