- according to the Trio Attack article, "Trio Attacks are brought to the Bros. by Toads as a special delivery from Princess Peach's Castle after certain points in the story have been passed."

- I don't know, it doesn't say anywhere. If you know, add it in the article. If not, wait until an editor knows and adds that information in.
