Japanese name[edit]
I changed the Japanese name meaning from "Bowl Bros." to "Donburi Bros.", as I don't feel it's accurate to the intended use of "donburi". While "donburi" can literally translate to "bowl", it is not commonly used as such, and is more often then not used to refer to the rice dish served in a bowl known as "donburi", in Japanese, a transliteration of the English word "bowl" (ボウル) is used more often than not to refer to the utensil bowls.
The Burts appear to be based off of the dish in question, given their upper body resembles a lump of rice and their pants resemble a bowl, which is why I feel it should be listed as "Donburi Bros.", with a link to an article on the dish, as the name doesn't really have an English equivalent. - The link you posted says it literally means "bowl," so that link won't work for what you want. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 13:38, 13 February 2018 (EST)
- It says the name literally translates to "bowl", which is true, but "donburi" is not used often to refer to bowls in and of themselves. "Sushi" literally means "sour taste" (though the phrasing is a rarely-used, archaic version), but I wouldn't think we would use that as a translation for the word "sushi" when the usual use of that term is largely referring to the food itself. I also think it's worth noting the website used as a source left "donburi" in the name meaning section, likely for this reason. BubbleRevolution (talk) 16:13, 13 February 2018 (EST)
- I changed it again to compromise. How is it now? Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 16:48, 13 February 2018 (EST)
- That works fine for me. BubbleRevolution (talk) 17:54, 13 February 2018 (EST)

Yoshi's New Island[edit]
Are you sure they appeared in Yoshi's New Island? I watched walkthroughs and i didn't find them on these video. --83.156.220.80 09:14, 19 June 2018 (EDT)
- Were they 100% walkthroughs (ie all flowers and red coins)? Some enemies only appear in optional rooms. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 13:27, 19 June 2018 (EDT)
- If i find a Burt, or more, i'll undo what i removed. --83.156.220.80 13:53, 19 June 2018 (EDT)
- Hey how about you just do that now and wait for someone who actually has played through the game themselves confirm or deny it? Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 14:13, 19 June 2018 (EDT)
- We could also upload a screenshot where it appears in the same case. --83.156.220.80 14:17, 19 June 2018 (EDT)
- Hang on, they don't seem to be in the Shogakukan. Maybe they aren't in the game after all. It's worth noting that the wiki claimed Cactus Jacks appeared in the game until I disproved it; they were actually these guys. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 14:18, 19 June 2018 (EDT)
