Second type[edit]
Is there any proof of the "second type" being a Bookend and not just a generic book? -- FanOfYoshi at 05:47, June 22, 2019 (EDT)
- They use the same textures and they're a belligerent book. In cases like this, really the proof given should be whether they're not the same, since logic dictates they are. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 14:41, June 22, 2019 (EDT)

- Well, the "i'ma gonna eat ya" type suddenly jump out of bookshelves and fling themselves at you in your general direction, while the "it's a trap!" type just fling themselves horizontally between bookshelves, so they've at least got differences besides the Muth in the room; one is a bookmonster while the other one is a polterbook.
