Second Course is the second level of the Coin Challenge Pack A in New Super Mario Bros. 2, as well as the fifth DLC level in the game.
Layout[edit]
The level begins with a Pipe Cannon, which leads to a Koopa Troopa atop a ? Block containing a Super Leaf. A few elevator lifts then appear, along with several Fuzzies and a Red Ring. A few Goombas, a Paragoomba and a Piranha Plant appear just before the Checkpoint Flag. A few more up-and-down platforms and Fuzzies appear, as well as a Venus Fire Trap. Several descending elevator lifts appear as well as more Fuzzies and also a few Big Fuzzies, leading directly to the Goal Pole.

Upon encountering the first Venus Fire Trap, Mario must head downwards on the elevator lift the Venus Fire Trap was on to be led to a Pipe Cannon, which in turn leads to a bonus area containing the Star Coin. |
