Thief Wario, also known as the Purple Wind, is one of Wario's eight transformations in the game Wario: Master of Disguise. In this form, Wario dons a feather-topped purple mask, gains the ability to dash at high-speeds, jump higher, and can attack creatures directly. Thief Wario is Wario's default form in Wario: Master of Disguise.

Wario gains the power to transform into Thief Wario in the first episode after stealing Goodstyle, the wand of the Silver Zephyr. To turn into Thief Wario, the player must draw a check mark with the stylus. Thief Wario's motto is "Silent, but deadly!"

Controls[edit]

As Thief Wario, Wario can jump extra high by pressing either up on the +Control Pad, or the X Button button. Wario can also attack enemies with his classic body slam by tapping the screen once with the stylus. There is no mastery gem for Thief Wario.

Wario's book description[edit]

"Draw a check mark on me! I can be disguised as the silent-but-deadly Thief Wario! Oh, and I can jump high and I'll tackle when you tap the Touch Screen."
